Product came quickly and in very nice condition. It comes with everything you need to hang, and stores a lot of pots and pans. Great quality, doesn't feel flimsy at all, in fact, it's pretty heavy. Older pans I had however could not slip over the knob on the hook, but those I just put on top. It comes with 16 hooks that also have a peg on the back of each to hang even more (although I haven't yet used the pegs on the back), so it holds plenty. It is somewhat heavy, so it should be mounted to studs in the ceiling for sure. So far, it has opened up alot of cupboard space for me, which is a godsend in my small kitchen. Pretty color, goes nicely with any earth tones.
The only negative I can come up with is there were no directions in the box on how to hang this item, as well as how much weight it can hold. It is pretty self explanatory on install, but directions would have been nice nonetheless. This is the first one I have ever had, so I am hoping it doesn't fall. I am being careful not to load any of the real heavy items up there. All and all, I would say this was a great purchase! I have only had it up a couple of days though, so if it should fall, I will be back to let you know!
